The excitement was palpable for 31 families, their friends, extended families and VIP guests as about 100 people gathered Friday 22nd  March at Fernville's Stage One release within the Vermont Estate, to see which of the 31 families gathered would win back the cost of their land.

The lucky draw, was officiated by the Mayor of Hawkesbury Councillor Kim Ford, Parliamentary Secretary for Western Sydney & Member for Hawkesbury Ray Williams, and JPG’s Managing Director Keith Johnson.

Each of the 31 owners placed their lot number in the barrel and Mr Johnson turned the handle as the numbers whizzed around!  The silence was deafening as Mr Ford reached into the barrel and pulled out the lucky lot number – 1019, immediately followed by whoops of joy, excitement and “well done mate” from the crowd, as the winners stepped up to claim their prize of $378,000 - the cost of their land!

Congratulations to Kelly and Heath Dyer, the lucky winners, who will receive $378,000 back to start building their dream home.

Stage Two of Fernville - 52 blocks of land  - is now selling fast, this time offering families the opportunity to take advantage of amazing cash gifts and bonuses galore when they purchase any one of these wide frontage blocks.
